We would not hesitate to purchase a car from Don Franklin Auto again in the future. The weak spot is the finance area, they did not communicate well and did not obtain a lower interest rate that they should have, with excellent credit they could have proceeded differently with better results and they really didn’t care about the end results. We found the sales and service areas to be outstanding in every way but the finance area not so much.

The all around service provided, from maintenance, to repair unexpected issues, and in this case of mine, I had hit an animal carcass in the road, causing quite a bit of damage underneath the van, and the service department worked with and communicated with me and the insurance co. There was absolutely none of the time consuming back and forth beteeen service and insurance, saving me time and headache, and all questions were answered and done so promptly.
