I was very pleased with the service I received at Don Franklin Campbellsville. The dealership is a high volume dealership where they understand PRICE is the most important element in today’s world of internet-based automobile buying. My sales agent Curtis was the most professional sales agent I have ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable about the Dodge Charger SXT, provided excellent customer service and made the car buying process seamless. He is a great asset to the dealership. I’m very satisfied with the GM service department at Don Franklin I had an appointment at 1:15 PM I took my truck in a little early because I had things to do an hour later they called me said your truck is ready. Now that is what I call service
