We love how much cheaper our oil changes have been with you all unlike Kia on Callahan Drive in Knoxville. We were paying double the price for the same service.

What do you like about our products and services?

The service at Somerset Don Franklin is always second to non. I have worked with Tyler several times and he always performs top notch with a positive attitude. I ended up conducting the oil consumption program for my 2016 Kia Soul 2.0l. Tyler kept me updated along the way and had a wealth of information. He was able to give me piece of mind throughout the process. I ended up needing an engine replacement and Tyler kept me informed of the process without being overbearing. This was a great experience and I know my vehicle and service can be trusted at Somerset Don Franklin Kia.
