I have delt with one other Don Franklin in Somerset probably bought 10 new cars off them and I said I would never be back because of their service department but when we went to Don Franklin Chevrolet it was a totally different experience they were all friendly and will to help Joe cummins does a fantastic job

What do you like about our products and services?

I recently had transmission problems and needed a replacement transmission. The cost of such a repair would normally be tremendous, but fortunately I was covered by Don Franklin’s powertrain warranty. The team at Don Franklin Chevrolet in Somerset replaced the damaged transmission and even replaced other faulty items at no additional cost to me, other than the agreed upon deductible. I have received nothing but grade A customer service from this dealership. I have owned several vehicles over the years and this has been the most enjoyable vehicle ownership experience so far. I plan to return to this dealership for all of my automotive needs. This business has earned my trust and respect. I know my family will be safe on the road as long as I have my vehicle serviced here.

Very easy to work with to schedule services, and very efficient with the time I spend at the dealership. Last visit I had recall work , an oil change and tire rotation, and it only took 1 hour from the time I walked in till I return to my vehicle. Thanks for your professional.
