The Service and Parts departments have provided us excellent and timely service the past 8 years that I have used them. I’m there often enough the know me by name when I walk in the door. It Would be really nice if DF would go back to providing (even if there was a charge) breakfast muffins. Sometimes the wait can be 2 hours even the morning.

I bought my truck from Don Franklin and have had all my service done there as well. My experience has always been great and if I had any sort of issue the folks in the service department were certain to make things right. I recently had some warranty work done and I was perfectly satisfied with the result. Great group of folks!

I own my third Buick Enclave that I have purchased from the Somerset Don Franklin Buick Chevrolet.
Before that I had purchased a Chevrolet Equinox. My husband owns a Chevy pickup also from the Somerset Don Franklin.

We feel confident that our vehicles receive the best quality services available and are very satisfied with our vehicles and the professional care they receive. We like how we are treated with respect and in a friendly manner. Great dealership!!
