Ease of making appointments for service. Service was completed correctly and on time. I was able to get service for my truck scheduled within a reasonable time. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Bought my first truck from Don Franklin and very satisfied.

The service department at don Franklin Chevrolet in somerset. Hit me in and out quickly and located the problem. Parts were ordered and scheduled a follow up appointment. Graydon Koger was my service advisor. Was kind and courteous as well as efficient. Thanks to the parts department for all their help. I highly recommend this location if you need service.
