Service department in Monticello should be used as the training center for all Don Franklin dealerships. Their attention to detail, level of customer service, and willingness to go out of their way to help you is bar none the best I have ever seen.

Everyone in the Monticello location was verynice and helpful. You dont feel on guard like you are going to be taken advantage of. I bought my 2 jeeps in somerset. I am sorry I didn’t go to Monticello first. Monticello is where i am going with all servicing and future interest.
