I went in because it was due to my vehicle being ready for a oil change and service made appointment got in the next day at 11:00 took about 40 minutes to have it done got a free car wash I'm very happy this makes the second time since I bought it from Don Franklin that I had the oil change and yes I would recommend to someone or a friend to bring it in to Don Franklin
The services were excellent and they repaired my truck promptly. With that being said the part should never have malfunctioned with less than 3,000 miles on it.
