Recently bought a Ford Edge. The process from the time I arrived at the lot, to discussing the trade to driving away in the car I wanted was absolutely painless. The young salesperson, Ryan Muncy, performed admirably. Any questions I had he either answered them on the spot or had the answers by the time I returned from the test drive. Additionally, the finance manager (whose name escapes me at the moment) that handled the transaction was extremely professional and completed the task in a timely manner. Would recommend Don Franklin Ford, London to anyone.

Customer service (redemption in my case) is critical to a successful business. The service department was super attentive to my needs and helped me figure out issues I felt were problematic. Their team including the service manager and assistant manager went above and beyond to regain my trust. Very thankful for their kindness and understanding.

The staff do come after you like a pack of wolf's trying to sell you a vehicle. I looked at a few and the sales people gave me space and was not on top of you like bothering you to buy right then. When I did talk to a sales person they where amazing and not pushing me to buy which I hate. I have been to other dealership and they where all over you to buy so I walked out and never bought from tbey ever. I will only buy from a Don Franklin lot.
