Great customer communication
I was happy that no one in sales or service high pressured me to buy anything. The representative simply recommended products. I agreed that the need is legitimate. I am a little disappointed with the Nissan corporation. I love my Altima however there are issues with the headlights. There are many articles online about how defective the Nissan headlights are. It is very difficult to see at night & a potential safety issue. I may have to replace the headlight assembly at my expense. I feel as though the company should issue a recall/service bulletin to correct shortcomings. Thank You.

I was greeted very nicely, talked to Jennifer and was in charge of my vehicle problem. She kept me informed and I felt very comfortable in the waiting room. Vehicle done quickly and working ok.

We can't say enough good things about Ron, Nissan Corporation and our recent service.
Our college daughter, who also has a job off campus where she needs a car, had BAD transmission issues.
Ron and Nissan took excellent care of us. Although the five year transmission warranty expired FIVE DAYS before we took the car in, Ron and NIssan took care of it and covered the $4200 cost of the new transmission. (The car only had 28,000 miles on it and is like new)
We are very grateful and appreciative. We will definitely tell this story to everyone we know and will be purchasing another Nissan in the future.
