I found the car on Autotrader and called to check on availability. I got a prompt reply and scheduled an appointment to see the car. Harley was very good with Mom, taking his time and showing her the features of the auto. The car was as advertised and of course Mom bought it!

Don Franklin staff makes it easy with their friendly and fast service.
The good people at Don Franklin take care of all of our car care needs. They are friendly and accommodating.
Service department is awful. Took vehicle in to have air conditioner fixed, took alittle longer to get back than what was told. Got a phone call saying it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Air does not blow longer than 20 minutes. Service said they would have to charge another diagnostic fee of 100.00 to find issue. They got me for 1,600.00 and now the heat and air do not blow longer than 20 minutes, when there was absolutely no issue with the heat blowing when it was dropped off. So, I would highly suggest finding another dealer to service your vehicle. I know this doesn't mean anything to the dealership, just hope it helps someone in the future from losing any money and not having their vehicle repaired correctly. Oh, obviously my wife can not communicate info between the dealership and myself correctly according to the service manager. Or, I should say, they recommend myself dropping the vehicle off so they can tell me what was wrong instead of communicating through my wife. Same thing.

Don Franklin has always went above and beyond when it comes to service and sales.
I especially like the personal touches that are offered especially the texting progress of service.
