Tanner Richmond was what really made my experience better. He gave me room to think and allowed access to the vehicle without looking over my shoulder. Afterward he told me to call him with any questions. He didn’t call me every single day afterwards and I really enjoyed that about him. He also went out of his way to make sure I had a warranty and that really eased my mind.
Chris Hammer was great. Very light personality that made the process easier. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

While having a routine oil change and tire rotation they saw my alignment was off and a part needed to be replaced. I’m thankful they caught it at this time and were able to repair it with having to bring it in again and be without a vehicle.
