James was so nice and helpful. I am 80 years old and certainly not use to going to the dealership for service. My husband always took care of our vehicles. I will always ask for James when I have trouble with my car.
I have used the service department many times, mainly for oil changes and tire rotation. The service advisor I talk to is Jena Vanarsdale she has always been very helpful and does her best to get you in as soon as possible.
The entire team including Harley was very customer oriented and helpful! Harley went above and beyond to get the right car for our family. I definitely recommend a first look and hopefully last with Don Franklin.
