the VIP treatment is amazing and added value to the brand and my amazing day. I've not had a haircut in 2 years basically in protest of the industry. I noticed the brand near me and decided to get a business haircut; I walked in and was greeted by 3 women and the experience was welcoming and I gave a $20 cash tip, too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
