Always great service!! Cecilia took great care of me and ensured I was ready for my trip. She also got me set up with replacements of my leave in conditioner as well as a hair thickener.

** ONLY issue is your booking and scheduler, on more than one occasion, it has either kicked ne out or said I was late when in fact both times, I was early by 12 minutes or more (by the scheduler timer) it showed I had 20 minutes, I arrived 14 minutes early only to find out I got a message at check in that said to speak to a stylist - NOT HAPPY ! Another time i scheduled online, went immediately to the store (7 minutes away) only to find out I had been completely removed ... again NOT HAPPY

Cuts are great
The stylist (Dan - Danielle) was great and gave me a great hair cut. She was very fast and efficient cutting my hair and even asked to trim my eyebrows.
I didn't have an appointment but was able to be seated within 5 minutes of my arrival.
My stylist was attentive and pleasant while discussing what I'd like to have done and did a phenomenal job.
I'll definitely be back!
