I come in every 2-3 weeks and I am assigned a different person usually each time. I have never had a bad hair cut. This week's visit was not different. I have to travel a bit further to use this location versus some other brands but after using this location for the past 5 years, I would not go to any other shop.
The service prototype has customer-centric systems in place to out market and out perform almost all other barber shops. That level of attention to detail goes a long way towards guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Recently had probably the best cut I've had yet at the Chinden location. Krista (spelling?) did a great job with taming the cowlick and giving me a short cut. Will check her availability for my next cut.

The two hairstylists that cut my boys hair were very sweet, attentive and patient. It was our first time there and my youngest boy unfortunately screamed and cried the whole time. Thankfully his hairstylist was so caring and patient. I appreciated how friendly and kind both hairstylists were to us.
The stylists are always friendly, and listen to what you want in a haircut. Pricing is good, especially with the senior discount. On previous visits, there was always the push to sell haircut products. This visit, I noticed that was not the case.
