I had a bad experience with a particular stylist a couple of visits ago, and while I rarely complain, I felt obligated to pass along my experience. Within a few days, I was contacted by the manager, Latisha, who took the time to follow up with me and ensure that appropriate mitigation measures were being taken to assist the stylist.
Fast forward to my most recent visit. I specifically selected Latisha as my stylist because I’ve always had great experiences with her. She did an outstanding job, as she always does, but more importantly, she remembered me as the customer who had provided feedback from my previous experience.
Not only did she provide excellent service, but she also provided the haircut at no cost to me. I typically don’t like receiving handouts, but I understood the reasoning behind the gesture and genuinely appreciated it.
I realize Latisha will likely be the recipient of this feedback, but I wanted to make sure her management team was also aware of how impressed I was with her professionalism and customer service. Her willingness to follow up, remember my previous experience, and go above and beyond has definitely reinforced my decision to continue coming back.

Cassie and Kari at Sport Clips are absolutely awesome! They do an incredible job every single time and really pay attention to the details. They take the time to make sure everything is exactly how you want it, and you can tell they genuinely cares about their work and their customers. On top of giving a great haircut, there friendly, professional, easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. I always leave looking and feeling better than when I walked in. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to consistently do a great job, I highly recommend asking for Cassie or Kari. They are definitely the reason I’ll keep coming back!
