In spite of a couple bugs and flaws, I really like your online booking system and technology capabilities within the store. Also, this location (Idaho Falls) tends to hire very skilled haircutters.

The app kept me up to date as far as when it would be my turn and constantly updates. I also like the text message telling me to head to the store to make it in time.

Rachel is incredible! She knows how to work with African descent hair, which isn’t always easy to find around here. Super friendly, patient, and detailed , I left looking sharp and feeling confident. If you’re in Twin Falls, definitely ask for Rachel at Sport Clips!
