Being able to check the wait time in the app is great. It lets me know whether or not it’s a good day or time to head on over to the store. The price for a basic cut and shampoo is very competitive. The cosmetologist always cut my hair how I like it and are always friendly.

First off, opened my SC app on my phone and BAM, there was a new option to schedule an actual time to get your haircut, awesome! However, I chose not to use it because the wait times were very reasonable to just check in on the app and go in. Andrea is my go-to for all things haircut, haircare, and styling tips, Lord know I can use those!! Andrea's knowledge, skills and abilities are far beyond that of any other stylist I've had, she is a true professional and great representative of the organization. Her outgoing personality and willingness to assist her fellow artisens would make her a great candidate for Management. Andrea is truly a great representative of her chosen profession, her commitment to her craft and the organization itself. SC-Caldwell, you rock!!
