Your app sucks.. twice I've gone into the queue come inside waited my full time and then all of a sudden out of nowhere someone kicks in front of me and I have another 20 or 30 minutes added to my time.. if it wasn't for Vern I would probably never come to sports clips again..

All of the hair stylists are very good at this Sports Clips location, but I usually try to get Danielle when I go. She takes a bit more time with the cut, hot towel/hair wash, back massage and is always very friendly. She is really excellent so kudos to her! Thanks.
