I can stop at any Sports Clips and have a reasonable expectation of getting a good haircut, the way I describe it.
Was out of town and needed a haircut. I’m very specific about my haircuts and took a chance, Chayla did awesome and I was super pleased with the cut and experience.
The girl that cut my hair did a really great job. She was very friendly and personable. But I was very disappointed to see that these women are required to stand on their feet all day WITHOUT AN ANTI-FATGUE MAT. The floors are hard and I even noticed that when I walked in. These women work hard to provide top tier service, and as a paying customer I don’t like seeing people suffer while providing me service. Come on Sportsclips, take care of your hardworking women! The customers, myself included will not even notice if there is a mat down on the ground. We will actually feel more satisfied knowing that your company takes care of the people who make it a great place for a haircut. GET THESE GIRLS MATS PLEASE, if I had the money I would donate some myself. 😔

The talents of your stylists make all the difference! A clean shop, consistency, and good prices all matter. However, the skills and personalities of your stylists are what sets you apart from any potential competition. Oh, I'm sure not all 13,000+ employees are as gifted as is Catrina in Twin Falls, Idaho. But she is why I always choose SportClips (even while traveling elsewhere). But I'll always request Catrina when I'm at home in Idaho. Thank you Catrina! John
