Kaisha was wondeful in my last visit. She took time with me to understand what I wanted for my haircut, even and especially as I am very bad at explaining it. She confirmed everything with me before she started and then checked in along the way to make sure it was right. It's care like that will keep me coming back and recommend Kaisha to friends.
