It is easy to tell when they are just doing the thing as quickly as possible. ($5 or less tip)

Attention to detail. Past stylings are in my history for reference. Awesome customer service. Good assortment of products as well. My stylist, Amanda, suggested a sunscreen spray for my scalp. A perfect suggestion as I've had several bouts of basal cell carcinoma in the past.
