I love Kaisha who cuts my hair and I love the product you have to purchase that i can use at home.
I do wish you would come up with a way to where we could SCHEDULE an appointment if we have a hair stylist we like rather than just getting on and being put in a cue for a time that we might not be able to make.
Kim is always phenomenal and no one else cuts like she does. The problem is, we are not allowed to book stylists prior to their shifts. We don't even know when they will be working so when I go to make a hair appointment, I have to delay my haircut if Kim isn't there or have it done by someone else. (not great)
I strongly suggest you create an appointment system that can be booked days if not weeks in advance.

The top of the line haircut experience is just that. It's like a spa day for me. Wonderful smells of the products used is very relaxing. Nikii was a delightful stylist. Kudos to the entire store.
D'Anna was great with my first experience at sports clips. She was helpful with hair products that would be great for my curly hair. The warm towel and head massage was really relaxing. I will definitely be back.
