For the most part, we have been very happy with the haircuts you have provided for our sons over several years. Occasionally we have felt that a haircut was too short, but we have found that when our sons can be very specific (and maybe provide a photo), the haircuts have been just what they want. I love the online system to see wait times and add them to the queue, and unlike some online reservations, your system is very reliable and wait times very accurate. We have also found good service at multiple locations which is great. We happened to be at a doctor's appointment yesterday and found a location nearby we had never been to with only a 20 minute wait, so we went over and my son's haircut is fantastic--he loves it. The stylists are always friendly and engaging. The prices are also very reasonable, which is important for a family with 3 boys! Thank you for your good service.

I like that unlike Great clips sports clips actually takes time to make sure they're getting what you want done right for your hair when cutting it and that they really prioritize that quality element and the products that I have used so far do what they say they do and are good in quality and I appreciate that since it means I get my money's worth

Basic cut for a decent price. I received a cut better than many stylists in my past by Paul and previously Aeverie who no longer works there. I have long gone in with prewashed hair and rarely require styling after to save money. Even a basic cut eliminating those time saving measures often results in a full price salon cut. I don’t like some other low price walk in cut chains but I have been greatly impressed with SportClips.
