I love and use every time, the scheduling site. I like that you know when your appointment is and can schedule time around that appointment. The last time I schedule it was a 200 minute wait time so I schedule it at waited for the time to come. When I got to the appointment they said my time had been rescheduled and I had missed that time. I was now faced with anothe 200 minute wait. Yes, I did received emails that my time could be moved up but I did not get them as I was working. Why can't the original appointment time remain the same if a customer does not reply yes to the rescheduling email? Please let me know the reason for not being able to keep the original appointment time if desired.

I don't purchase any products but the service is great! Bailey is awesome! I also like the online scheduling system that allows me to pick a time and the stylist I want. Check in is easy and I am always greeted when I come in. Great atmosphere.
I always get a good hair cut at sports clips. I have two complaints. The SC App. I would like to make an appointment for next month but that's impossible. I have to hope that the person I want to cut my hair happens to be available now. It usually take 3 or 4 days to get an appointment. The second thing is the sports memorabilia and the sports shows on the television. I hate sports, can't stand to watch sports. I only reasons I get my hair cut there is the two people I use alway give me a great cut.

We always have great professional service, good results on desired haircuts for my children and affordable although I would like to see prices dropped lower for children's cuts as they are too similar to Men's.
