I realize this is a place that is more geared toward men, but I followed a couple of the women who used to work at great clips. Amanda has cut my hair a few times and gives an exceptional haircut. Jocilyn, The Hair Goddess, is an absolute masterclass. Never have I witnessed such a professional in the haircut business, or perhaps on our fair planet. A haircut ago, this woman was absolutely delirious from exhaustion from saving puppies and trying to cure cancer, and was still able to give me the absolute best haircut I’ve ever had. No tip I give her is good enough to pay back that which I owe. I do shame myself sometimes, with tears flowing down my face, as I grovel to and from the hair wash area. Yet these meek attempts at showing appreciation are never enough.
