I love that I can sign in online. It cuts down on the wait time in the building. I also love that I can bring all three of my boys at the same time. It is quick and efficient. The stylists always ask the right questions, even though I don't really speak "boys hair" lingo. I have never had a bad cut because they always ask questions and check that they know what we want. D'Anna has cut our autistic teenager's hair for a long time. He is nonverbal. She always makes sure she talks him through the whole thing and never does anything without explaining it to him, even though he does not respond to her. It is so nice to see him be treated like a human being.
