The services are great. The stylists are very friendly and they make sure you’re welcomed. They are also pretty experienced stylists. One thing I noticed is that the stylists that work there seem to stay employed for longer times. I mean when I used to go to the other salons, I was not able to see the same stylist. The turn over time was maybe two months.

I tend to avoid chain brand barbershops just to support privately owned shops. It’s been difficult to land a great and consistent barber without driving to the east end of Boise. A friend strongly recommended the Eagle SportClips by Winco, so my son and I gave it a try. I setup an account online and checked us both in.
Ashlynn cut my hair and I could tell from the start she could run the clippers. My fade looked great and she said, “we’re only just starting.” Hah! Okay, fade away. I got one of the best fades I’ve ever gotten even compared to the places we paid $45-50 for haircuts. My son got the MVP treatment and as an 11 year old, he’s still telling everyone about his experience.
Place was super clean and organized. They offer a military discount and only charged me $5 to add a beard trim. Think we found our new spot!
