I really like being able to check in online. Seeing the wait time is so helpful, and knowing that I can check in at work and then drive there and not having to wait longer once I arrive is so convenient. My stylist is also so nice, remembers my name and how I like to do my hair, and is always so friendly to not only me but others I’ve seen her interact with. She is definitely the main reason I continue to come to this location.

Great staff and service, and really appreciate the savings from the subscription program. Katie at Downtown Boise location is fantastic! Always a perfect cut and I never feel rushed. App is a great time saver, but it's a bit clunky when you are trying to book right at opening.
