Cassie is absolutely fantastic. I always receive a warm welcome followed by a great haircut. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The environment is always welcoming to anyone.
Nothing about the products. The service options, however, are better than most all out-of-the-box chains. Which is why I've maintained my patronage for the last 10 years. I was going to write this location off, if my latest visit was like my first 3. I recently move to town and I cannot say that there is nothing more incomprehensible than a barber who cannot take a single piece of instruction or deliberately goes against it without your consent. Moreover, combative personality traits are not becoming of a barber, if they seek long-term/repeat clientele.
I am so very happy I randomly chose Angie the other day. Not only was it a free Veterans Day haircut (save for the wash for the Triple Play), but she has to be that location's brightest human; energy, personality, things she's able to talk about, etc. I am glad I do not have to travel further from my current residence to patronize another location. It was such a great experience, and she did everything I asked for, remarkably, that I gave the biggest tip I've ever given for a haircut. Thank you, Angie. She will be my barber gal for the remainder of my time in this area or her employment, whichever ends first.
