My only complaint isn’t even with her it’s with the waitlist… I have arrived 15mins before my on deck time and then ended up waiting an 45mins before getting my hair cut started… I have left before because of this because I plan on arriving and getting my hair cut within 15mins not an hour later.

When the app works and the appointment time is honored, it's a smooth experience coming in to get a haircut. I've ordered the MVP for 5+ years. I much prefer having the older offer: two hot towels on the face, a shampoo, and then a conditioner instead of the current model: single hot towel, a single shampoo/conditioner treatment, and a back massage. The handheld back massager is uncomfortable, the towel they place on my back is wet from drying my hair, and it can feels awkward having it done in the cutting area because I'm often the only one getting it and all eyes are you.

After having one of the worst haircuts from a stylist in the south nampa location before coming in to see Cecilia. She knows how to cut hair. I can aways feel comfortable walking out with a great haircut. This last visit with Cecilia was the best cut I've had thus far. She does an amazing job!
Great experience at Sports Clips. From the moment I walk in, the staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. My stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted and absolutely nailed the haircut. The MVP treatment was relaxing and worth it, the hot towel and scalp massage were a nice bonus after a long day. The shop was clean, well-run, and the whole process was quick without feeling rushed. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a solid, consistent haircut.
