I recently got my haircut at Sport Clips and had an awesome experience! The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and took her time to make sure everything looked sharp and clean. The MVP treatment with the hot towel and scalp massage was a great touch — it made the whole visit feel relaxing and refreshing.
The shop itself was clean, well-organized, and had a fun sports vibe with TVs at every station, which made the wait go by fast. The haircut turned out great — easily one of the best I’ve had in a while.
The only small reason I’d give it a 9 instead of a 10 is that the wait time was a bit longer than expected, but honestly, it was worth it for the quality and service. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next cut!

I go specifically for one stylist. I used to live a mile from my frequently visited location and Cecilia, and her level of professionalism is worth journeying back the now 20-mile one way trip. She is fun energetic and always provides a reason to return.

I always like my cuts. Always done right and on time
Melanie has always done an excellent job cutting my hair. I also enjoy talking to her. When Melanie was not available, I have also gotten very good haircuts recently from Danielle and Kathleen. The Sports Clip note system, simple as it is, helps a lot when someone new cuts my hair.
The online reservation system is not always accurate and could use some work.

All of the staff is very nice & the one who cut my hair suppressed I have it washed to reduce all the fine hair I had flying around. I loved the hot towel to liven up my face & neck which was the 1st time for me. I loved that so much & will continue with that added service.

The workers are nice. The best part was the experience of the triple play or mvp either one I choose. And the products are good. I like the smell of the grape shampoo.
