Myrna has seen our special needs son the last few times we have been in. We only see her. She is so so kind and patient with him, makes sure she explains every thing to him.
I like being able to request the same person to cut my hair. I’ve been going to Portia for a while now and she already knows how I like my hair cut. I go in every 3 weeks and having familiarity saves a lot of hassle or surprises.
The facilities are clean, all of the staff is friendly, and Portia has been awesome. She’s very friendly and bubbly and at this point familiar.
I cut my hair short enough that I don’t need any product. Consistency and friendly staff keeps me coming back.

The staff is always very friendly. I ask questions about how you would like your haircut and styled and even offer suggestions to get to the hairstyle that you prefer and wanted. This is by far my favorite place to get my haircut and styled.

Cindy Lou is the absolute best. She’s been cutting my hair for about 10 years, and has always been the nicest, most caring individual that takes her time and does it right every time! She always has great energy and a smile on her face! Even while recovering from a torn ACL!
Cecilia is in my opinion the best stylist there as there is times where I can come in she’ll sit me down and ask me how I want my haircut and I’ll just tell her do whatever she think looks good. She is amazing with her haircuts and her customer service.

Great Haircut, Friendly Service
Tyler is the manager and cut my hair. He is great!
Last time he cut my hair he suggested I use the app to reserve a time early in the day if I wanted my haircut that evening. I followed his suggestion and requested to be put in the lineup that evening between 5:30 and 6. I received a confirmation text.
When i arrived and entered my phone number, my wait time was 144 minutes. WTF? I asked for an explanation. Tyler asked to see my text confirmation and offered to serve me after he was finished with the haircut he was working on. He also mentioned that he has similar issues with the app appointments.
Tyler was great and I appreciate his urgency to resolve this issues.
I only hope SportsClips works as hard as Tyler to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
