Krista is my girl! She’s cut my hair since I became a customer and she’s always done a 10/10 job. To be honest, I don’t really care about my hair but I’ve had a couple of different girls and one guy cut my hair at this location and they’ve butchered it. If Krista is there, I know I’m getting a good haircut.

Danielle did a great job cutting my hair. The online check in was not great. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time and I waited for over 45 minutes after my scheduled time.

Very welcoming at the federal way location in Boise.
App is great, I can see wait times on the app and plan what time I leave my house/work and not waste time in waiting room, if wait time is long I can get “in lineup” and run an errand, I can also choose and favorite my preferred stylist. The staff is great, I enjoy them joking and having fun even during a long Saturday. Catrina did a great job, I was in a time crunch and she got me a great cut and still had time to get the hot towel, one of my favorite parts, and get me out ahead of schedule! Great experience!

This location is absolutely fabulous!!! They’re all amazing in there! Liv is one that wants to make it right all the time. They’re so super kind and personable! (And best of all THEY ALL KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR - really good)
I like the extra pampering of the “ultimate”. It’s a little expensive, but ultimately I feel like it’s worth the extra. I also like the tee tree hair gel.
Easy to make an appointment. Easy to make an appointment with the same stylist each time. Kayla cuts my hair just as I want. And she’s such a pleasant caring person.
