Abigail does a wonderful job on my haircut and I really like the on-line check-in so I can see how long of a wait it will be to get the stylist I choose, and book a time that works for me. On-line check-in isn't perfect but much better than arriving to a full waiting room and not being able to choose your stylist. Location is convenient with multiple locations available.
Although there was a long wait, the app kept me apprised of the best time to arrive at the salon. My haircut was expertly done, the conversation was engaging, and the price was outstanding. Well done!
