The staff was very helpful. My only disappointment was I bought a more expensive bike and was told I had 30 days to try it out. within a couple days I realized that with the bone spurs in my neck I needed a more upright ride so I went in an exchanged it for a Verve. The extra $300 could not be returned in cash so now I have an instore credit- after all the accessories I wanted were bought. Darn.
Sales associate recommended bike to fit my need and took time to find other bikes for me to try. Ultimately, I bought the bike he first recommended , but felt good about it because I tried others that I was able to compare.
