Great service! Son had called ahead, they were prepared for what we wanted to see, prepped the bike we were interested in and we ended up purchasing the Bike.
Also got some good information/help on a seat purchase while using stationary trainer, vs. the normal one.

The reps at both Richfield and Minnetonka are knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable. They were not pushy at all for any particular products and gave me the sense that they were being very honest and genuine in the information being provided and recommendations being made.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Top of the line products. Bought my project one Trek from Andrew based on his long time service with my previous Trek bikes. Service is above and beyond excellent compared to other dealers. Andrew’s knowledge and care ordering and setting up my dream bike was simply amazing. I felt comfortable through all the ordering steps of my dream bike. I also feel in very good handles with questions and maintenance moving forward.
The whole team at the Penn location are amazing to work with. Could not be more happy!!!
