Your staff were very helpful and helped solve my service issue.

We were greeted promptly as soon as we entered the store even though it was busy. My bike needed new tires and they were really helpful in getting the repair done right away in time for me to be able to go on my planned biking trip. I will being going back for all my biking needs in the future.

The gentleman that helped me out sought out a solution to our chain replacement.

Our chain brand was not in stock and he remembered that a different brand was compatible and used that instead of having us come back.

Quality and dependability

The staff was very friendly and were clearly eager to help us with my eager grandson’s bike repair. It was possible for the repair while we waited.

Shipment arrived earlier than initially states

I liked that when I dropped my bike off, the tech went through everything with me before starting the tune up process. I knew what to expect and I already had a good understanding of what needed tuning up and what was working just fine as well as the cost.

It is a little too busy over there, however the customers are patient which allows them to get away with being understaffed.
The store has a "family" feel to it which I like.
