Loved the service. Was looking for a new bike. Chris immediately reached out to assist. After a series of questions, he identified several bikes for me to test ride. He explained the features of each bike, made sure the seat was properly adjusted, and let me test ride each one. His bike selection was spot on and I quickly identified a perfect match. Chris then helped me get the necessary accessories to finish off my purchase, which were all installed when I came back to pick up my bike. There was never any pressure. It was such a great experience. I also appreciated that Freewheel carried Trek. Also liked the 100 mile check up, automatic registration, and discount on future maintenance. It helps that you have experienced staff and they tend to be the same - well qualified and helpful- faces year after year. Most bike shops don’t have this level of consistency with their employees at all and it shows!

What you need to have a great ride
Stayerd after closing to finish putting rack and bag on my bike. wrong rack but found a way around it. Happy with the service.
