Your staff was prompt, friendly, and clear over the phone -- and not at all snobby about our low-end, noodle-around bikes. Same experience in-store. Products and services were affordable and completion was ahead of schedule.

Fast quality service
Freewheel provides excellent service. Brought my bike into the Woodbury location this week to replace handle bar grips and for a shifting issue. Mike the mechanic took care of me right away. He even took the time to give me some maintenance tips.
Helpful staff, efficiently met my needs.

Good products/knowledge staff. I know you have to make money on service, but it would be nice for your staff to teach help with basic bike needs/maintenance vs gatekeep this info. I’d be willing to pay for the service, but also have a staff member walk me through the process (ie, installing tubeless tires, chain replacement, etc).
