Freewheel is a great local bike shop with excellent customer service and helpful staff.
I had a bike built, with a deposit, and then tested that bike and also different bikes onsite and decided on a bike that was not the original one built for me. The service, the credit on the first bike build, the pricing on the new bike, the set up of the new bike and explanation of the features all went very smoothly and timely. I plan to come back to Freewheel for all my service and would recommend Freewheel to others looking for a new bike.

Great products and services. Plus, your mechanic, Mike, at the Woodbury store is one of the most knowledgable bike guys in the entire metro area, if not the state. His knowledge and enthusiasm--and treatment of the customers--is second to none. He has been model for other employees at the store over the years which makes dealing with everyone there a pleasure.
