The EGYM is amazing! I wish it was at every location! My favorite thing about the YMCA is Liann! Her yoga and Thai chi classes are so great!

I have attend water aerobics at the Y and truly love Debbie, our instructor. It is one hour of fun, laughter, and great exercise!!!

The classes are easy to follow and also you can make new friends.

I also like the Forever Well monthly activities to restaurants and day trips.

Variety of offerings. Something for everyone. Excellent staff and friendly people. But we need a senior class taught by Debbie!

Senior Exercise Classes, especially Chair Yoga with Lian, which is my favorite and she is my most favorite instructor, and also Forever Well Balance with Diane but all of them are good

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

E-gym is great. Spa is fabulous. Pool is well kept and I enjoy the availability of the adult space for walking/relaxing in the pool. Happy to hear Shadowbend is receiving new treadmills. The old ones were perfect too. While busy at times, I always had an exercise machine to choose from. I’m a new member and haven’t joined any classes/programs yet.
