Mainly I do pickleball and weights. Shadowbend is an awesome facility and the staff are great!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

My kids enjoy the facility and programs at the YMCA. And we enjoy being able to swim in the indoor pool even in the winter. Only wish the Branch Crossings YMCA had a indoor pool as we live next to it and would not have to run across town to use the facilities. Over all we are happy with the YMCA.

This particular YMCA has a caring staff. They have been very good to my daughter and her special needs.

Great exercise instructors. Access for a variety of exercise and weight machines. very friendly people all over. Very clean locker room and rest rooms.
