Dance and cardio classes
Senior Exercise Classes, especially Chair Yoga with Lian, which is my favorite and she is my most favorite instructor, and also Forever Well Balance with Diane but all of them are good
E-gym is great. Spa is fabulous. Pool is well kept and I enjoy the availability of the adult space for walking/relaxing in the pool. Happy to hear Shadowbend is receiving new treadmills. The old ones were perfect too. While busy at times, I always had an exercise machine to choose from. I’m a new member and haven’t joined any classes/programs yet.

Really like the water aerboic classes and the low impact cardio classes!!
However, I do not like the having the UNLEASHED dogs in the facility!!!! Pool area, locker room, halls, etc.

I enjoy Dr. Serice's classes. Her knowledge and people skills are unmatched.
One thing I would like to see is cleaner floors in the studios. There is hair and dust hiding behind equipment on the sides of the room(s). Thank you.
