I LOVE the classes given by Debbie P (low impact cardio and water exercise) and really like the Silver Sneakers classes. I get a real workout without hurting my knees. Thank you for offering these!

I LOVE my line dance class on Friday mornings! Melissa is a wonderful instructor, and I have made many new friends as well. I also am very appreciative of how clean and shiny all the facilities are. The ladies locker room is always spotless because Gabby keeps it that way, and she also always greets you with a smile. My husband works out while I dance on Fridays, and we both look forward to Friday morning at Shadowbend YMCA! What a blessing it has been.

Enjoy Silver Sneakers and most Forever Well classes - except for certain substitute instructors, namely Nellie and James.

I like the exercise classes; the instructors are great!
I really enjoy the classes offered. I wish there were more afternoon - specially Friday, Saturday and Sunday classes, such as yoga/body balance, Zumba etc.
We also enjoy the e-gym equipment.
One area of complain is the lack of private changing stalls in the ladies and men locker rooms.
My son also complained that the men locker showers don’t have curtains - no privacy.
I love the water aerobics especially with Debbie. Would like to see a class on Saturday morning. Nellie doesn’t come prepared. She spends 10 min during our session getting weights out instead of having them out at beginning before we start.
Lots of activities for the over 50 crowd.
