I love your personal training options and private swim lessons for children. However, I wish the showers in the pool changing rooms actually had hot water. When it is cold outside, the shower water is way to cold.

Shadowbend YMCA has a great home town vibe. I am new to the Y, and I so enjoy training on the new EGym equipment.
I like all the classes for seniors. Would love at least one additional combo class each week, not all classes are beneficial. I go to Balance and the Yoga also.

Appreciate the effort made to offer a variety of programs at the Shadowbend YMCA - group exercise classes, new weight lifting equipment and pickleball.
Swimming, lap swim, best plan was reservation , but no more so you have to wait for a lane to open….
Good facilities at a convenient location.
Great classes and facility. Great childcare, but would love for it to close at 1:00 again instead of noon.

The staff is very welcoming to my daughters. They love to come workout, but they love the "family" environment.
Everyday there is a class that I enjoy taking.
Good selection of free weights, cardiac machines, and great basketball court.

I also love the Low Impact Cardio taught by Debbie! She’s phenomenal - will take any class she offers.
I have only ventured out to try a couple different classes. My main focus is strength training. I do plan to sample other class offerings!
My number 1 "like" is the indoor pool. I use it for at least half of my weekly exercise routine...frequently swimming for an hour or more. I'm also a regular user of the weight and aerobics facilities.
The qualities of cleanliness, friendliness and professional staff help the Y invite all people who need a safe and healthy place to exercise, live and grow. As a seasoned citizen the YMCA provides me with many opportunities for exercise and socializing.
Swimming and water aerobics keep me walking and living well. Socializing with peers while exercising is really fun!
