Variety of activities. Water aerobics
I enjoy the bare classes , low cardio class and line dance. I'm not participating in the activities because I 'm volunteer at my church.
I love the water aerobics for the workouts and talking with other women. Friendly atmosphere.
I would also love the weight room but am chicken to try out. Lots to do if one wants to
participate.
Silver sneakers programs
Like the pickle ball. Wish it was on more mornings. In addition, this should be opened in the mornings at Branch Crossing since the Tuesday-Thursday mornings at Shadowbend is overly crowded and the regular users at that time are finding restricted usage. There are users there that are not regular Shadowbend users. It would alleviate the crowding if Branch Crossing was opened in the mornings for pickle ball too.

I enjoy the group classes.
I had a stroke 15 yrs back completely paralyzed on my right side. I have been exercising ever since based on my body and mind intake. Now I can play tennis at a lower level. I want to dance. I had tried 5 yrs back but I was unable to. I am at YMCA to do water aerobics and swimming, gain my confidence. I am trying someday it will happen. I have faith. Also my children went to YMCA for different activities. Memories.

I like being able to use the equipment but at times it does get busy
Classes and instructors are excellent. Machines are good quality. There is an employee, Ben, who is always walking around offering to assist people and show them how to do exercises correctly. Very friendly, goes out of his way to help.
I love the water aerobics. Times are great and there are great instructors.

Love the trainers. Wish you had more “try-it” sessions. I.e.for pickleball or bicycling classes. I don’t know if I’ll like it so having try-it classes would be great. Maybe having some Pickleball training more people would be apt to come and play.
I love Debbie P for water aerobics and Land aerobics. She is helpful, funny, creative and a fantastic instructor
I like to use the Gym and Pool, it's great place for seniors and young families.
Several options available for all fitness levels.
Mostly very good.
The cycle classes are great.
It would be nice to see lap lane schedule for the pool. They used to put out a pdf showing which lanes were open for lap swim.
Pool
Like a variety of programs for my age group. The instructors are very knowledgeable about the importance of exercises for my age group. I look forward to being there six days a week. There are programs for all age groups, which is really nice. Parents can leave their little ones there ànd know that they will be well-taken care of and participate in fun activities. I have been a member there for many years and will be there, hopefully many more
