Variety. Mostly we just walk on the treadmill. Clean and bright surroundings. Staff is warm, friendly, and helpful.

Very clean facilities. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they greet you with a 😃. There are numerous activities that are ongoing every day to accommodate your schedule. We are so blessed to have a facility to better our health. Keep up the wonderful work.

I liked them very much. Keep my body and brain in good shape. The activities are a good source of relationship so important to the emotional health. The teachers and staff are very supportive. Also the WMCA support community groups by giving free registrations to classes which otherwise are not available. Thanks. Hope you continue doing such an important role. It’s greatly appreciated.
