I like working out at the Y. I like the weight machines I like the atmosphere. I also like the showers and the hot tub.
Love all of it, but can only do water right now because of limitations of bones. Water aerobics is a great feature and once the new people discover they love it. There is a variety of things to do and keep busy.

I love your lap pool.
It may be the chlorine or some other chemical in your pool, but I am getting "red itch" bumps on my body and have to put Cortisone ointment on it. I hope something can be done about this. Thanks - Ron
Conveniently located, friendly people/ staff, excellent workout machines.
The swimming facilities at Shadowbend are excellent! Clear clean swimming water and excellent lifeguards.
(More shower stools and hooks are my only suggestions)

The only thing I would like are some early afternoon classes. Water aerobics, yoga,etc.
