It comes down to the people. I drive further to go to this Jiffy Lube than the other locations. There is no pressure, just matter of fact conversation and service. Also, as a woman, I do not feel disrespected, or "less" there, which can often happen in the automotive service.

He has the wrong key to change or take out the old oxygen sensor and leave me withe brooking downstream oxygen sensor and lie to me.
