Appreciate the attention to detail and making the appropriate recommendations for car care. The team at the Millersville location on Veterans highway was efficient and fast and couldn't ask for a better experience.

After specifically mentioning my washer fluid was totally empty & asking if they would fill, I was told yes, but it was not done. No update on tire pressures or mention my tire sensor was not working and they wiped windshield but not top of dash. Very disappointing visit.

The fact that I could stay in my vehicle. I have a child with cerebral palsy and it is hard to get him in and out so the fact that I could stay in the car was wonderful.

The Pasadena Jiffy Lube employees were welcoming, professional, and completed my request for a signature oil change and tire rotation in a "jiffy". I've been bringing my cars there for many years, continuing to a satisfied customer.
