What could we do to improve?

The prices have gone up and you still don't vacuum the floors in the vehicle and wash the windshield. If you aren't going to do it, don't advertise and state that it is a service you provide. This rarely, if never gets done. It's been skipped for years.

The new ALL black uniforms really stand out on the employees. When the slogan to be in & out in 15 minutes is established & the professionalism of the visit stands out!! WoW I would always reccomend this Jiffy Lube a 10/10 in my opinion. Thanks!!

Didn't wash windows. Did not vacuum. I am not confident that fluids were checked. Or even air in tires.
This was my go to Jiffy lube
