This is my go-to Jiffy Lube for YEARS. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Waiting area is always clean and the wait is minimal. They are doing it right!

There are cones blocking one of the entrances/exits to Furnace Branch Road. On the other side, there are other obstacles blocking access to the back (where cars go in to be serviced). There is only one way back and it is very unwelcoming.

Told me work that I got done last time (3000 miles ago) had to be re done, including diff fluid, brake fluid, spark plugs, engine clean out, etc. BS on constant upsell, didn’t top off fluids or vacuum interior. Left and ended up with a loose heat shield rattling under my car as I pulled off the lot.

I was out quickly, and received a coupon for the service. Every person I spoke with was great.
The oil change they did was ok but I needed a low beam headlight bulb replaced. They were going to charge me $40 for the bulb and $165/hr for labor. That is outrageous! I will not be returning for any services.
