The guys really took great care of my car and replaced a bolt that was missing on my heat shield... That was above and beyond regular service. As a senior citizen, I appreciated that quick fix more than they knew.
Associate was knowledgeable.
The people there were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't get the impression that they were just trying to add services to my car that weren't necessary. He alerted us to some current problems that needed addressing and to some future issues we'd be facing in the next oil change or two.

I was told that I needed a new battery, rotors and brake pads. I just replaced both in March and April of this year. Had I not, I probably would have believed them and had them do the work. I took my car to get the battery checked and it is fine. Next, I have to waste more of my time to get my brakes and rotors checked. I go to Jiffy Lube because it is convenient even though expensive, and now I'm spending more time running around in which I really don't have. I will not be going back to Jiffy Lube. I have been a customer for over 30 years and I'm ready to blast you on Social Media.
Every part of my visit, intake to completion. Everything was explained to me. I'm more than satisfied.
From the first time I walked in I was told to have a seat and someone would be with me in a moment. Well, that moment never came. I eventually got up and asked will I be seen ? Then and only then the process took place. After that, I wait an hour - two hours for my vehicle to get done. So, if you don't mind a long wait and don't have to be anywhere you're ok.

I went in for an oil change which that part was fine but then I was told that my battery was bad and should be replaced. I denied that service. I went less than a mile down the road to an auto zone where I had my battery tested and they told me my battery was great and only 2 yrs old. I also showed them my “failing” paper from jiffy lube and auto zone commented that it wasn’t even tested at the right frequency by you guys in which it really should have passed so I’m wondering if you all were trying to just sale me a battery I don’t need?!?!?!?

I am very disappointed because you guys add others things that costs more I just want to get change oil but you keep asking for a new wipers, others things I said no! I just wanted change oil. 15 miles costs me $130 dollars. That’s ridiculous price! I rather go do it myself which pay less than $20 dollars. It’s too much for this little things. Rip it off! Sorry to say that!
I was informed Jiffy Lube does not use regular oil anymore.

The entire shop was clean and inviting. I was greeted, offered coffee, told where the restroom was and explained the services.
Start to finish was 15 minutes.
My car was clean- windshield and floors were vacuumed.

The employees were prompt, courteous and informed me of my options for additional services; however, they did not vacuum my car and left a piece of hardware on the floor of the car. I returned immediately to have them replace the part they left out. I believe it was the cover to the air filter. I didn't mention the vacuum as I really wasn't paying attention and I was on my lunch break. I don't recall them apologizing for not replacing the part.
To make things right I need the car vacuumed. I have another car that needs an oil change. I will give you all another shot, but not pay for it.

Over the years, the Beltsville JiffyLube has earned our confidence in providing quality service and, of course, doing it conveniently (easy access and quick action). The personnel are very nice.
Unexplained extra charge because my car has a sound dampening panel on the undercarriage, which is routine for this vehicle type going back over a decade. Upselling on things my car doesn't need.
